Perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including recording the accounting transactions, updating and reconciling subsidiary books like AR, AP, Fixed assets, inventory etc. and maintaining General Ledger.
Monthly Account Closing and Management Reporting. Preparation & review of monthly Payrolls.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Prepare payroll, payslips, employee master records, statutory submissions and payments.
Compile data and prepare a variety of management reports.
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Handle all the accounting and payroll queries with the client and close them as per the deadlines
Update the client invoices in Document Management System and keep it updated all the time.
Perform other general office duties as needed
