Qualify leads, maintain detailed client records, and update CRM systems accurately.
Schedule and coordinate product demos or technical discussions with the sales or technical teams.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Support the development of proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to effectively handle customer queries.
Achieve individual and team-based sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0 to 1 year of experience
in inbound sales, customer support, or inside sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding or interest in
IT or cybersecurity
concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools (preferred, not mandatory).
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills:
Background or coursework in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.
