is the engine behind Myntra's thriving seller ecosystem. We enable seamless onboarding, drive seller success, and fuel brand growth across India's leading fashion and lifestyle platform. About the Role:



We are looking for a proactive and analytical Key Account Manager to join our Marketplace team. This role focuses on managing seller relationships, driving brand growth, and optimizing performance through strategic levers such as selection, pricing, and advertising.


Seller Management & Enablement



Build and nurture relationships with sellers and agencies. Drive onboarding and enablement of new sellers with a focus on selection depth and pricing strategy. Ensure smooth seller experience through process re-engineering and operational excellence.

Category Growth & Strategy



Enhance brand performance using levers like selection expansion, pricing interventions, and MynAds flywheel. Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand campaigns and growth initiatives.

Team & Vendor Coordination



Manage a team of 4-6 agents responsible for handling sellers on the platform. Coordinate with outsourced teams and external agencies to ensure consistent execution and support.

Data & Performance Analysis



Use MS Excel and SQL to analyze seller performance and identify growth opportunities. Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve account health.

Qualifications:



B.E. (Preferred); MBA (Optional but advantageous) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; working knowledge of SQL Prior experience in e-commerce and brand management is essential Experience in team management or working with outsourced teams is a plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in key account management or brand management Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
