The ideal candidate will have a head for numbers, learning attitude, and strong analytical skills. The Associate Account Executive will report to the Accounting Supervisor, and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment. What you will be doing:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded like Sales, Payment, Credit Memo, purchase Order etc.
Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions & assign the proper GL
Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
Verifications of all day-to-day transactions of Sales, payment, purchase order etc.
Record all expenses with proper invoices & maintain those invoices on cloud
Preparing the Recurring Expense list, review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
Prepare Weekly / Bi-weekly timesheet for payroll
Post all credit card expenses with proper GL allocation & Invoices
Prepare the Commission reports of Sales Representatives every month & record them
Match A/R aging & match the customer ledger Balances
Maintain and record fixed assets
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Support Seniors to perform month-end and year-end close process
Participate in external and internal training as required
Work under the supervision of a senior Accountant
Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients' financial situations
Keep Up to date with US accounting Rules & Legislation

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software

Educational Qualification:
B.Com, M.Com or M.B.A (In Finance) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation
