Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Academy Operations to join our Demo Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of demo classes, supporting new part-time teachers during onboarding, and coordinating with educators across global time zones. You'll be central to maintaining operational efficiency, timely communication, and seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new part-time teachers during onboarding (first 45 days/initial interaction). Schedule, track, and monitor demo classes while resolving challenges e@ectively. Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and keep slot information updated. Escalate issues when required and follow up until resolution. Maintain trackers, handle data entry, and support operational reporting. Share timely updates with managers and team leads for decision-making. Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth demo operations across regions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome to apply). 0 - 3 years of experience; EdTech exposure is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
