Handle day-to-day loan operations, including disbursals, repayments, settlements, reconciliations, and closures.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of NACH/UPI mandates, bureau reporting, and fund flows.
Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards for performance monitoring.
Compliance & Risk
Adhere to RBI guidelines and internal SOPs for all operational processes.
Support in audits, regulatory submissions, and dispute resolution.
Identify process gaps and work on strengthening internal controls.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with Tech, Product, CS, and Compliance teams for new feature launches and process changes.
Collaborate with external partners (banks, payment gateways, vendors) for issue resolution and smooth service delivery.
Continuous Improvement
Automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiency in operational workflows.
Suggest process improvements to reduce TAT, minimize errors, and enhance customer experience.
Assist in building SOPs and knowledge bases for new and existing processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of financial operations (lending, payments, reconciliations, mandates).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the NBFC/fintech/P2P domain.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data management skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, MIS reporting, and dashboard creation.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Finance/Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
3-5 years of experience in operations within fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services.
Prior experience in loan disbursement, mandate management, or reconciliation is an added advantage.
