Job Description

:
Good clear written and verbal communication skills
Good project management and basic account finance skills
Good customer management skills
Excellent process and documentation skills
Good working skills in multi-client support model.
Good understanding of contracts and vendor management
Good IT process knowledge (like ITIL)
Good knowledge of one or more security compliance standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, etc)
Technical:
Basic Active Directory and LDAP Knowledge
Basic knowledge of server administration, Deployment processes.
Basic Database experience -- IBM DB2 on Windows/Linux preferred
Microfocus Cobol support experience preferred
AWS Experience
Basic software development / SDLC understanding
Experience with Service Management Tools (Service Now Preferred)
