Enterprise AI Architect

Level: Senior Mid Level

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Kolkata

Role: Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and algorithms, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.

\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end generative AI systems, including data ingestion, data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training and evaluation, inference, and deployment pipelines, and governance.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development and deployment of generative AI models.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure ML Model performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the establishment of best practices, strategies, and standards for generative AI development and infrastructure maintenance within the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with software engineers to implement architectural designs and ensure adherence to architectural principles throughout the development lifecycle.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks related to generative AI projects, proposing innovative solutions and alternatives when needed.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with product managers to align the architectural vision with business goals and ensure that generative AI systems meet user requirements and expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the generative AI team.

Experience & skill requirements:

\xc2\xb7 10+ years of Strong experience in software development, with 4+ years in Full-Stack development

\xc2\xb7 A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

\xc2\xb7 Rich experience in building, managing, and consuming APIs

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and practices.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with generative AI concepts, techniques, and applications, such as text summarization, image synthesis, style transfer, data augmentation, etc.is desired

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with data processing and storage technologies.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural Principles

\xc2\xb7 End-to-end understanding of MLOps platform/frameworks (e.g. MLFlow, Kubeflow, DataRobot) and solutioning capabilities for all steps involved in model development lifecycle

\xc2\xb7 Good experience in process improvement/change management methods

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of various aspects of an enterprise technology architecture like business, information, data, network, and security

\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Mentor & coach junior architects and engineers to provide the guidance on analytics related skill building, problem solving & technical implementation

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
