About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of data products and solutions across global teams. Drive adoption of emerging technologies through rapid prototyping and iterative delivery methods. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data platforms and services enterprise-wide. Align data innovation strategies with business objectives, IT roadmap, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain partnerships to strengthen data capabilities and ecosystem integration. Oversee governance, timelines, and deployment strategies for data-driven initiatives. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience delivering global data solutions at scale. Proven leadership in matrix environments with strong collaboration across boundaries. Expertise in AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings. Hands-on experience with data lake projects, including acquisition, transformation, and publishing. Strong foundation in analytical data lifecycle management and governance. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
