About the Role
Position Title: Associate Director DD&IT DEV CE, Solution Architect
Location - Hyd-India# LI Hybrid
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our robust Statistical Compute Environment (SCE). This role requires expertise across the entire technology stack--from crafting intuitive user interfaces to building scalable back-end systems and managing data effectively. This role will actively partner with other key projects and initiatives to roadmap the solution and integration architecture transition states. You will collaborate with other project team members to deliver the SCE solution on time and within budget.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and evolve the solution architecture of our Statistical Compute Environment according to the defined roadmap.
Optimize and evolve the solution architecture, in alignment with enterprise architecture standards, principles and guidelines
Develop and maintain server-side applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enable seamless functionality.
Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices for smooth delivery.
Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Desirable Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information technology discipline. An advanced degree and related accreditations are a plus
10+ years' experience working in an IT environment in a regulated Pharma environment Proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, Java, or Python and hands on to SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB).
Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and leveraging quantitative sciences and toolsets in regulatory and exploratory pathways
Understanding of different data modalities (ex. Biomarkers, Omics, Imaging) and strong knowledge of Clinical data standards (CDISC - SDTM, ADAM, USDM)
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology to deliver products and solid background in full stack development
Deep understanding of how to build user interfaces, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience in designing, building and integrating Applications and practical experience with platforms like AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools and practices and solid grasp of security principles and best practices.
