Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
Conduct market research and cold calls to generate leads.
Visit client sites for product presentations and consultations.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in industries like manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, etc.
Provide post-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Target Achievement
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and report sales performance using CRM or Excel tools.
Product Knowledge
Understand technical specifications and applications of industrial products (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, machines, automation systems).
Explain product benefits and recommend suitable solutions to clients.
Proposal & Negotiation
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiation strategies.
Ensure timely closure of deals and contract finalization.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Share insights with management for product and strategy improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or any technical field (preferred). MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
Experience:
1-4 years in B2B industrial sales (e.g., MHE, industrial equipment, tools, automation, etc.)
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical understanding of industrial products
Confidence in field sales and client meetings
Working knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Valid driving license (preferred)
