Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Sales, Product, and Design) to ensure unified messaging and execution.
2. Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, including Meta Ads.
  • Create segmented user journeys tailored to industry, company type, and user behavior.
  • Design and oversee landing pages, forms, email templates, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Drive retention campaigns for app users.
3. Marketing Automation & Performance
  • Utilize platforms such as WebEngage, Gupshup, and Mixpanel to automate campaigns and monitor engagement.
  • Track key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact.
  • Maintain database hygiene to ensure high deliverability and reduce churn.
  • Work with the Data Management team to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
4. Content & Media
  • Oversee digital content and design to maintain consistency across social media platforms and enhance user experience.
  • Ideate and deliver engaging digital content, including product demo videos, employee stories, and brand narratives.
  • Coordinate with the design team for social media management and visual content creation.
Expectations
  • 1.5-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, with strong expertise in digital and campaign marketing.
  • Proven track record in B2B campaign execution, marketing automation, and/or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with WebEngage, Gupshup, Mixpanel, Zoho CRM, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
