As a Channel Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our channel partner network across designated regions. You will play a key role in increasing partner engagement, driving enrolments, and ensuring high performance through structured processes and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners / education consultants
Build strong working relationships with partners to achieve enrolment targets
Monitor partner performance and provide regular support to improve productivity
Plan and execute region-specific channel sales strategies
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams for seamless execution
Conduct regular partner meets, webinars, and performance reviews
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and dashboards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
3-6 years of experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or agency management
Experience in EdTech / education sales / online degrees is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM tools / Excel / dashboards
Willingness to travel for partner development (as needed)
