Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Manager - SEO

with strong expertise across all aspects of Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO projects across multiple industries, driving organic growth, leading strategies, and coordinating directly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage

end-to-end SEO strategies

(On-page, Off-page, Technical, and Local SEO). Lead

SEO projects across diverse industries

, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Conduct

advanced keyword research

, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. Perform

technical SEO audits

, including site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals. Oversee

on-page optimization

including meta tags, internal linking, URL structures, and content optimization. Manage and scale

off-page SEO initiatives

, including link-building strategies and brand authority building. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-driven execution. Monitor website performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush

, etc. Prepare

SEO reports and insights

with actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders. Handle

client communication

, including regular updates, performance reviews, strategy discussions, and expectation management. Identify SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing performance improvements. Mentor junior SEO team members and support skill development within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of

hands-on SEO experience

with proven results. Strong expertise in

Technical, On-page, Off-page, Local, and Content SEO

. Experience managing

multiple SEO projects simultaneously

. Excellent understanding of

search engine algorithms and ranking factors

. Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as

GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

, etc. Experience coordinating with

clients across various industries

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
