General Description:
Develop and drive sales of specialty ingredients, pharma actives, and food additives across cosmeceutical, personal care, health, and nutraceutical industries for KOPL's Latin America markets, including outsourced/trading products.
Prepare, implement, and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales revenue targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
Lead AOP preparation, budget planning, pricing strategy, and performance monitoring for Latin American markets.
Build and expand customer base and distributor networks across key countries in Latin America; provide marketing, technical, and commercial support to strategic accounts.
Conduct regular client meetings, update CRM records, strengthen customer relationships, and represent KOPL at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region.
Manage CRM database diligently, track competitor intelligence, conduct market research, and forecast sales; review CRM performance with cross-functional teams.
Oversee payment collections, debtor/creditor management, and prepare monthly financial reports including cash flow, expenditure, and profitability.
Plan and execute region-specific marketing initiatives such as product launches, advertisements, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
Support regulatory product registrations, inventory planning, and ensure timely order dispatch and logistics coordination.
Achieve annual sales targets across a portfolio of ~54 products within the Latin American market.
Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory teams to align business goals.
Ensure compliance with all local and regional regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency across all sales activities.
