BotFit is hiring a
Client Assistant
who will ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and professional experience for every guest. This role includes assisting parents, guiding kids, managing activity zones, and supporting the operations team during events.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all walk-in customers
Provide clear information about BotFit's activities, pricing, and packages
Support kids and parents across different play/activity zones
Assist with birthday parties, school visits, and corporate events
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client needs
Maintain clean, safe, and organized activity areas
Help with check-ins, registrations, and basic front-desk tasks
Handle customer queries, feedback, and small issues politely
Support coordinators during games and group activities
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or front-desk
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Friendly, patient, and confident personality
Ability to handle kids, parents, and high-footfall environments
Basic computer knowledge is a plus
Must be available on weekends and festive days
