Job ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Personal Assistance
Assist management with daily tasks, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of management
Organize meetings, prepare notes, and maintain records
Data Entry & Data Management
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records
Prepare and clean data for internal reporting and review
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper formatting of all documents
Google Sheets / Excel Work
Create and manage spreadsheets for operations, reporting, and planning
Perform basic to advanced functions, including:
Pivot tables
Charts & dashboards
VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Data cleaning & validation
Basic analysis and reporting
Coordination & Office Support
Help coordinate inter-department communication and workflow
Support management in planning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
Perform general administrative duties as required
Required Skills
Strong command of
Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Good communication abilities (written & spoken)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
Professional attitude and willingness to take initiative
Eligibility
Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA, BCA, or any equivalent degree)
No prior work experience required
Training will be provided
