weddings, engagement ceremonies, pre & post-wedding shoots, and maternity sessions

. Our assistants play a vital role in ensuring smooth shoot execution and supporting the creative team on both indoor and outdoor locations.

Job Overview:

The

Assistant

will support photographers and videographers during shoots by handling equipment, lighting, setup, and on-ground coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the photography and videography workflow and grow within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist photographers and videographers during

weddings, engagements, pre/post-wedding, and maternity shoots

. Help set up and manage cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lights, and accessories. Carry and maintain equipment safely throughout shoots. Assist with lighting arrangements and reflectors as directed. Coordinate with clients, family members, and guests for smooth shoot flow. Manage basic logistics such as crowd control and positioning during group photos. Ensure backup equipment and batteries are ready during shoots. Support the team during outdoor and destination shoots when required. Follow instructions from lead photographers, cinematographers, and coordinators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding or interest in

photography and videography

. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Physical ability to handle equipment and long shoot hours. Good communication and teamwork skills. Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
