• Ensure quality standards and compliance in automotive manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Perform root cause analysis and develop action plans for customer issues and field concerns
• Participate in new product development process and handle FTR related to E&E and software changes
• Manage and strengthen E&E and software checks at EOL inspection
• Carry out process and product audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Communicate product issues and actions to internal and external customers
• Guide and support associates in their routine activities
• Coordinate and resolve chronic concerns through QC story approach

BE/PG in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
General Experience
General Experience:
With 4 to 7 years of experience in automobile manufacturing quality assurance (E&E), you will bring extensive knowledge of automotive electricals, electronics, and software troubleshooting. You should have a deep understanding of ECOS, DTC, wiring schematics, and troubleshooting manuals. Additionally, knowledge of vehicle E&E parts and aggregates like ECUs, Body control modules, HVAC system, Lightings, and infotainment system will be valuable to excel in this role. Experience with wiring harness layouts, clipping, routing, and fouling assessments from thermal and safety perspectives is preferred. You will also be responsible for handling next customer issues (RFI), field concerns, and participate in various cross-functional teams.
