Educational Background:

M.Sc. (Chemistry) - Mandatory B.Sc. (Chemistry) - Mandatory Ph.D. in Chemistry - Preferred

Experience

Minimum

8+ years

of teaching and/or research experience in Chemistry. Industry/research lab experience will be an added advantage.

Areas of Expertise

Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry. Analytical Techniques and Instrumentation. Environmental Chemistry / Applied Chemistry (preferred). Ability to conduct laboratory sessions and guide practical work.

Key Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Chemistry. Design and deliver lectures, lab sessions, and tutorials effectively. Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships. Develop and update curriculum in alignment with current advancements. Conduct quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Support the department in accreditation, academic events, and collaborations. Mentor and guide students for academic and career growth.

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject expertise and research orientation. Hands-on experience with laboratory experiments and safety practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies (ICT tools, simulations, etc.). Commitment to student success and institutional development.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
