Educational Background

: M.Com (Accounting & Taxation) MBA (Banking & Finance) MBA/M.Com (Business Analytics) MBA (Supply Chain Management) Ph.D. (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

4+ years

of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate BBA courses in specialization areas. Design, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops. Mentor and guide students in projects, internships, and placements. Contribute to curriculum development in line with industry trends. Conduct research and publish in reputed journals. Engage in departmental activities, academic committees, and accreditation work. Collaborate with industry experts for guest lectures, training programs, and skill development.

Knowledge & Skills Required

Strong academic foundation in the chosen specialisation. Excellent teaching and presentation skills with use of ICT tools. Research orientation with potential for publications and funded projects. Ability to mentor students and foster an industry-ready mindset. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
