What You Will Own


Your primary responsibility is to manage Tally Capital partners and Referral partners, drive the number of applications, volume of disbursement from these partners. Your primary responsibility is to drive setting up of the business, managing a team of Business Managers who in turn would handle a set of Tally Certified Partners who may be Tally Capital Partners or Referral Partners. TC-ZM is to ensure strong coordination with the zonal and regional teams to drive the business with the core Tallybusiness.


Experience You Should Bring


Prior experience of working in financial services industry specifically in unsecured business loans. Prior Experience of handling partners or DSA channels. Ability to coach and mentor - People development skills. Business planning skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Strong Leadership skills. Good understanding on how to explore market opportunities and to deal with threats in the market to increase and ensure steady growth of sales and revenue. Should have strong knowledge on partner development strategies and well versed with 'Goto Market' strategies to operationalize the same.

What You Will Be Doing


Deliver the new loan disbursement numbers as planned for the zone. Work closely with all the internal stakeholders such as Tally Solutions' ZH, RSM and BMs in the Zone/Region. Formulate the strategy to achieve the business targets from TallyCapital partners and referral partners. Identify, onboard and sustain Tally partners as TallyCapital partners and Referral Partners asper numbers planned every quarter and drive the success of every partner associated with TallyCapital. Hiring of resources such as TallyCapital BM's, Business Development Officers (BDOs). Execute the training program and schedule for the internal team of Tally, the TallyCapital team and the partner teams. Conduct period constructive reviews with the team and motivate and energize the sales team to achieve the business target. * This role will involve working in the field 70% of the time and will involve extensive travel asper plan.
