Job Description

Responsible for a branch Ensure prompt response to customer issues Ensuring quality of repair work in the workshop Minimum vehicle downtime Ensure availability of required tools and equipments in the workshop Ensure availability of sufficient manpower with requisite skills to attend to customer complaints Provide feedback to DICV on vehicle performance, aggregate life and critical failures in the field Warranty & Goodwill claim administration in the workshop Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers Ensure implementation of policies and directions from DICV in the workshop Maintain workforce morale and motivation in the workshop Identify the training needs of his workshop employees and communicate to DICV Implement changes/modifications in workshop based on customer's feedback

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
