Support the Warehouse Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse activities.
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance.
Ensure efficient space utilization, proper inventory management, and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in managing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Help maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure, coordinating repairs and regular maintenance.
Support training and development programs for warehouse personnel.
Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirement:
Must have experience of Pharma / FMCG Warehouse Operations management.
5+ years in warehouse/logistics FMCG
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
