Job Title: Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

Salary:

CTC 45k + PF + Medical + Lunch In Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Manage end-to-end warehouse activities: inbound, storage, inventory, order picking, and dispatch. Handle pharma-grade storage (ambient and cold chain) along with high-throughput FMCG operations. Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO/BBD control for both pharma and FMCG SKUs. Ensure zero stock-outs and optimal inventory turnover.

Compliance & Regulatory Control

Ensure strict adherence to pharma regulatory standards (GSP, GDP, GMP, etc.). Maintain accurate documentation for pharma audits (batch records, GRNs, stock transfers, expiry logs). Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., Schedule H, temperature logs, recall management).

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, shift leads, and third-party labor. Implement training programs on pharma/FMCG handling protocols, safety, and SOPs. Ensure shift planning and workload balancing in a dynamic environment.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

3 to 8 years of warehouse operations experienc
