We are seeking a

Associate Warehouse Manager

with strong leadership and people management skills to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a warehouse team, including unskilled or semi-skilled laborers, and be capable of ensuring a productive and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Team Leadership

: Supervise and manage warehouse laborers, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and completed efficiently. Motivate, guide, and resolve issues among the team to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Operations Management

: Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Plan and assign daily work schedules to maximize productivity.

Inventory Management

: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies. Implement procedures for proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.

Safety and Compliance

: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards within the warehouse. Train and educate staff on safe work practices to reduce risks.

Process Improvement

: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency. Ensure quality control of goods during receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Language

: Knowledge of local languages (Kannada and Hindi) is preferred to communicate with the workforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
