Vendor Engagement and

In this role
you will be

the project/operations end to end

customer interaction
. You should hold
very rich
experience in corporate Voice, LAN & WAN infra and must have worked on the latest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN). You should have good understanding of DevOps environment
You will also be expected to work closely with vendors on a day-to-day basis
Responsibilities
Playing leading role along with team while handling the operations issues and delivering the assigned projects
Working with internal / external resources to deliver the assigned task
Candidate may get into Ops critical issues to isolate the root cause technically with help of team
He/she may have to get into the issues technically, drive the issue closure along with OEM
Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and
accurate
resolution/implementation.
Identifying
open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation.
Creation of technical documents and working with internal team to implement the same
Finding the scope improvement by
initiating
the Lean/Six Sigma projects to add the efficiency in to system/process
Driving the cost productivity & initiatives
Assisting
with planning and developing the vendor management policy,
program
and procedures
Facilitating vendor selection and contract negotiation processes
Monitoring vendor risk throughout the engagement
Monitoring performance levels and periodically requesting and
analyzing
current due diligence
Communicating with internal departments such as business units, internal audit,
and
senior management
Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
or equivalent subject
Rich Network Ops experience
Must have designed the network for large scale infra and delivered the project end to end
Candidate must have worked/handled the IT projects and delivered end to end
Candidate should have experience of handling the bigger team
Candidate should have prior experience of vendor governance
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
