Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Strategy & RoadmapDevelop and execute the long-term technology roadmap for TOPCon cell manufacturing. Benchmark global trends and ensure adoption of next-gen cell technologies (N-TOPCon, copper plating, tandem readiness, etc.).

2. Process Development & OptimizationOversee process integration across diffusion, passivation, deposition, metallization, and characterization workflows. Lead efficiency improvement programs to consistently push cell efficiencies and yield. Implement statistical process control (SPC), automation, and AI-driven optimization.

3. Plant Commissioning & Scale-UpProvide technical oversight for commissioning of multi-GW high-efficiency TOPCon lines. Drive equipment selection, factory layout review, and vendor qualification.

4. Quality & ReliabilityEnsure robust quality systems for cell performance, reliability, and safety. Establish standards for inline metrology, offline lab validation, and reliability testing.

5. Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Procurement, Projects, and Operations to ensure seamless execution. Build and mentor a high-performance engineering and R&D team.

6. Innovation & IP DevelopmentSpearhead R&D initiatives in materials, advanced architectures, and process enhancements. Protect core process IP and foster in-house innovation culture.
