: The AVP will oversee the financial operations related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Consolidation, and Reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial processes and systems. Key Responsibilities will manage the following processes with 100+ FTEs: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Payroll Consolidation and Reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 10-25 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in Company wide initiatives. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
