Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Supply Chain Analytics!
In this role, you will need to apply domain experience (supply chain), analytical skills to conceptualize and create and implement solution prototypes around Demand planning, forecasting/statistical modelling, demand allocation, DRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Plant management, MRP, replenishment planning. You are expected to understand processes related to Demand forecast, Inventory Optimization, Supply Allocation and Sourcing, Replenishment Management, Production Scheduling, Capacity Management to provide best in class solutions, approach to solve problem revolving around these points. You will be expected to be focused on solving Supply planning problems for CPG / healthcare/ Consumer Electronics / Retail/Manufacturing/Hi-tech and various industries. Leading client conversations and engagements. Good project management and team leading skills. Good analytical planning tool knowledge. Experience in inter-team relationship management. Handling projects and client engagements. Experience in deals management.
Responsibilities

  • Lead the SCM Analytics team wrt solutioning, delivery, managed services for Forecasting, Demand planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory management, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement
  • Consulting w/ CPG/Life Science majors solving their Supply Chain business problems.
  • Lead assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore ability, building solution architecture.
  • Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
  • Work on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build reporting/insights/analytics factory)
  • Design Analytical solutions around Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Capacity Planning, or other Supply Chain functional areas.
  • Work closely with global client's multiple cross functional team to identify business needs, requirements and prioritize needs
  • Ensure Supply chain insight seamless risk-free transition & set-up of off-shore operations.
  • Drive business innovation strategy, transformational solutions in Supply Chain area
  • Accountable for conceptualizing and delivering the complex supply chain analytics/digital project across functions.
  • Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand their supply chain vision/objectives/challenges and identify areas for improvement/interventions aligned with their long-term strategy.
  • Regularly collaborate with Client partners and delivery team to identify opportunities for supply-chain related Growth and Transformation and support pre-sales.
  • Drive business and technology solutions implementation (in supply chain space) under agreed transformation programs by analyzing data and benchmark performance metrics, make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Single point of contact for all the escalations management
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Graduate in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Business or related field
  • Understanding of applications related to Materials Requirement Planning, Distribution Resource Planning, Line Scheduling, Supply Network Design, Master Production and Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Transport Scheduling, Replenishment Planning required.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Certifications like CPIM / CSCP
  • Written and published whitepapers/ research papers around supply planning problems
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices specific Manufacturing/Med-tech Domain
  • A working knowledge of Life Science/Healthcare value chain and key drivers along with being well versed in Supply chain management
  • In depth knowledge/understanding of supporting IT landscape in Supply chain
