Assistant Vice President, Strategic Initiatives!

An opportunity to support Genpact's Unit leader by ideating and running key strategic projects for the function, tracking and reporting on key metrics like revenue, utilization, cost, deal pipeline and coming up with insights and actions for improvements. Collaborating with the leadership team within the function to capture key opportunities for improvement and then, working through to develop solutions. Sending out the broader

organization

wide communication on key highlights. Conducting relevant research for internal leadership meetings and external conferences spanning various topics. Research on key trends including focusing on competition to identify the

offerings,

market moves they are making in Finance.

Responsibilities

Drive and program manage strategic projects for the functional leader

Set up the Reporting and Tracking progress to report on key metrics like revenue, utilization, cost, deal pipeline, and coming up with insights and actions for improvements - this will require liaising with the Finance team, TS 4.0 teams, and other functional teams

Collaborating with the leadership team within the function to capture key opportunities for improvement and then, working through to develop solutions

Conducting relevant research for internal leadership meetings and external conferences spanning various topics.

Research on key trends including focusing on competition to identify the

offerings,

market moves they are making in Finance.

Identify efficiency opportunities and drive associated initiatives to improve the performance and success of the organization

Drive the cadence and content for business, operational, and strategic reviews

Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various stakeholders including internal

employees,

external audiences. Sending out the broader organization-wide communication on key highlights

Responsible for communications of key initiatives across the staff leaders

Drive strategic meeting agendas, manage follow-up actions

Collaborating with the leadership team within the function to capture key opportunities for improvement and then, working through to develop solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Graduate

PMO/Consulting background

Preferred qualifications

Good understanding of companies' financial metrics and quantitative abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines

Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights and recommended actions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop presentations and white papers and to influence and work with peers, customers,

suppliers

& partners

.

Experience working with a high degree of ambiguity and driving clarity in key areas.

Experience partnering effectively with global, geographically dispersed, or ad-hoc teams.

Experience in business, project management, and resource management.

Experience in developing, writing, and presenting in executive-level meetings.

Willingness to work in flexible office timings - morning, afternoon, or evening depending on business exigencies
