Assistant Vice President - SRM CoE - 8 to 12 Years - Pune (Hybrid)
Summary -
We are seeking an experienced professional to join as AVP - Supplier Relationship Management Centre of Excellence (SRM CoE), responsible for managing supplier risk, performance, and compliance in line with organizational standards and third-party policies. The role involves oversight of supplier controls, contract management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure governance, efficiency, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Location -
Pune (Hybrid)
Responsibilities -

• Manage and execute supplier control processes, ensuring adherence to risk, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement and governance requirements.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights on supplier risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements -

• 8-12 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Third Party Risk Management, or Procurement Governance.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance frameworks, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze data, present insights, and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Tableau, MS Access, or advanced analytics tools preferred.
