across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and custom solutions
Manage
project planning, execution, and governance
across multiple accounts or programs
Collaborate with clients to define
scope, timelines, and success metrics
Ensure
quality, compliance, and performance
across all delivery streams
Drive
resource planning, forecasting, and fulfillment
across global teams
Act as a
primary escalation point
for delivery issues and risks
Support
pre-sales activities

Minimum
Q
ualifications
and Core Competencies:
B.E
or
B.Tech
or MCA
Relevant years of experience in IT delivery, with
strong Salesforce program management background
Proven
track record
of managing
large-scale Salesforce implementations
Deep understanding of
Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization
Strong leadership in
Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models
Experience managing
onshore/offshore teams
and vendor relationships
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skill
Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service/Field)
PMP or Prince2
Agile/Scrum Master
