Job Description

10 years of experience in fast-paced, high pressure and challenging environment
Expertise in Python implementing large scale solutions
Experience in Java, C#
University degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent
Good experience in designing and architecting solutions for complex requirements
Good understanding of SDLC and application of Agile Methodologies including but not limited to automated testing (such as Test-Driven Development), Code Review, Continuous Integration and Version Control Systems.
Excellent analytical and problem solving / investigation abilities
Willing to interact with global teams to drive initiatives from APAC region
Proactive in tackling technical problems
Ability to balance the need for high quality output with the need to meet tight deadlines

The Global Markets Operations Technology (GMOT) team provides regional and global technology solutions for our business partners including Global Markets Operations & Middle Office covering transaction processing, allocation & confirmations, clearing, settlements, asset servicing for equities and fixed income products. We are seeking a BA/PM to join our team in India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which requires engagement with stakeholders from business, operations, and vendor teams. Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

What you will do

The team manages APAC Quartz applications that provides trade processing, regulatory reporting services.
Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment.
Collaborating with global teams to design and build new functionality on Quartz and other shared platforms.
Actively manage the work efforts of resources, monitor performance to maintain the quality of deliverables.
Work with a great degree of independence, partnering with business and operations stakeholders to determine requirements and develop designs based on business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
Maintain a clear, concise view of issues, risks, dependencies & milestones.
