About TresVista TresVista is a global enterprise offering a diversified portfolio of services including investment diligence, industry research, business development, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. We work with a wide array of clients including asset managers, advisors, corporates, and entrepreneurs. We currently have over 1,000 employees across offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, New York, London, and Singapore, and provide high-caliber support and operating leverage for over 1,000 clients across geographies and asset classes. Responsibilities Assumed: Technical Understanding: Developing and communicating a procurement business plan to the stakeholders (Business heads)
Establishing, communicating, and evaluating long-term goals for the department to promote effectiveness and efficiency
Promoting process improvement and standardization of processes across all facilities and ensure on-time delivery of capacity (Infrastructure & Facilities,) as agreed
Managing current procurement policies, procedures, and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency
Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand
Developing, communicating, and administering procurement teams performance and developing plans and appraisals
Developing senior level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts and develop stakeholder relationship plans
Team Management and Leadership: Developing, communicating, and administering procurement teams performance and developing plans and appraisals
Goal setting and performance review of direct reports
Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring where appropriate
Recruiting and retaining the highest quality talent into the team
Instituting knowledge sharing / best practice sharing forums and provide appropriate training, coaching for the team
Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to visualize end output and translate to the team
Ability to work with senior professionals
Entrepreneurial attitude
Prerequisites: Good understanding of Vendor Management
Strong interpersonal, networking and leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with public speaking
Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
Team management experience with a focus on mentoring
Results-oriented, a metrics-driven leader with good exposure to Procurement, supplier collaboration, vendor development and compliance is preferred
Experience: 7-11 years of relevant experience preferably from a Service Industry
Education: Any graduate, MBA in operations/ supply chain preferred
Compensation: The compensation will be as per industry standards
