Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Procure to Pay (PTP)

The PTP Global Process Owner at Genpact is accountable for end-to-end ownership, transformation, and governance of Procure-to-Pay processes across global clients and delivery centers. The role drives standardization, digitization, compliance, and value realization, leveraging Genpact's Lean Digital(TM) framework, AI, and analytics.

This role acts as the strategic bridge between clients, delivery teams, digital, and transformation CoEs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for PTP / AP operations and transformation initiatives across the 3 regions. Lead and initiate discussion as a Global process owner from Genpact with GPO from client side and highlight key focus areas and bring in traction to support operations, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Work with Lean team and operations and identify potential opportunities for improvement in the AP area. Continuously improve the workflow system with enhancements and able to transform to touch less process Build in-depth understanding of the metrics & ensure to meet as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable. Also highlight and showcase keys challenges/issues where the teams face to bring in support from client side Internal & External Audits: Support Ops Compliance / Surveillance teams to ensure zero audit observations and findings. Extensively involve in building MAPs - Management action plans wherever required and applicable. This needs outstanding governance in checking for policy and practice adherence Review of the team's day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process You should partner with your global teams to set up and supervise vendor master file, Invoice Processing, Payments, T&E Processing and Audits, Helpdesk, Statement Auditing, Reporting. Respond to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting with management response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility Generating business for the organization, need to drive P&L account for the Service tower, owning the business for success through Finance, Process perfection, People, and digital. Working with Business leader, functional leaders, Vertical and Organization wide leaders to build future solutions. Subject matter specialist and ability to coach & mentor team members on PTP operations Experience in drawing a PTP transformation roadmap and its implementation Good understanding of emerging digital tools, workflows and technology in PTP processes

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Relevant years of operational & transformation experience in Accounts Payable process

Preferred qualifications

Experience in deploying workflow solutions Working knowledge of AP System of Engagement - JDE, SAP ( S4 ) Service Now etc. or similar technology (AP Workflow), Tradeshift or Agentic/Gen AI powered AP solutions and technology deployments Sound understanding of process automation - QPA, RPA Ability to identify improvement opportunities, assess feasibility and process improvement mindset. Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
