Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing frameworks to manage operational risks across business verticals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess, monitor, and mitigate potential risks.
• Conducting risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with leadership teams to establish risk awareness and resilience within the organization.
• Developing key risk indicators (KRIs) and maintaining risk registers to support the decision-making process.
• Providing recommendations and reports to optimize risk mitigation strategies.
• Driving the change management process for risk-related initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's/master's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services domain.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
