Primary Role & Responsibility
Minimum Qualification
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable Function, primarily focusing on Credit Control, Collection, Debt Management, Order to Cash.
Key responsibilities will include -

  • Identify opportunities for Organic growth, support account expansion.
  • Partner with client to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for the client organization in troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related activities.
  • Understands what it takes to manage a business and uses the insights to gain better understanding of a clients need and to position the right offerings to bring value to the client.
  • Ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Controls
  • Ensure and manage process performance and service levels.
  • Working closely with the Practice teams to deliver all Transformation projects.
  • Work with team to arrive at new opportunities for better efficiency to the client.
  • Manage performance and talent pipeline within the team to meet business needs.
  • Support RFPs, client presentations etc. as F&A domain expert for new pursuits.
  • CA/ CPA/ Postgraduate in Finance or equivalent

  • 18+ years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment/experience vary depending on the qualification
  • Should have led large client delivery/portfolio delivery in the F&A space 80-100 FTEs
  • Subject matter expert in the F&A domain with expertise in Credit Control, Collection, Debt Management, Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable
  • Understanding of US Insurance market (Preferably Personal and Commercial Line)
  • Understanding of London Insurance market
  • Should have good exposure of latest tools and technologies on F&A towers (SAP S4HANA, Blackline, etc.)
  • Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Alteryx etc.
  • Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery
  • Ability to influence senior business stakeholders at the client end.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles and produce desired outcomes with limited direction -
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management ability
  • Experience in change management.

  • Leading multiple Service lines for a large Account in a matrix reporting relationship.
  • Prior experience in an MNC or BPO work culture.
  • Prior experience of managing P&C Insurance Client/London market insurance client
