We are looking for LLB Passout ( 2011 - 2016 )

Legal

- Drafting of Loan, Mortgage including LAP and other retail lending documentation.

- Drafting of Corporate/Project/Infrastructure Finance related, term loans, channel finance, loan against shares, mortgage backed loans and general corporate loans.

- Drafting of Contract Documentation for lending, banking products, policy for new product offerings, Standard Operating Procedures, Legal Risk assessment of transactions.

- Drafting of documentation pertaining to loan products, structured deals and vetting of consortium loan documents.

- Drafting of procedures for various legal actions.

- Negotiation of contracts with counter parties and persuading them to agree to clauses which safeguard the organisation\'s interests.

- Supervising matters related to sale & lease of company\'s property, preparation of the lease and mortgage agreements.

- Litigation Matters

- Implementing recovery strategies and instituting legal proceeding based on that.

- Working on cases pertaining to various courts & tribunals including under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (NCLT and NCLAT) for resolving critical issues.

- Handling high value default cases & initiating the legal actions against them.

- Advising for planning the strategies and procedures to be followed in various cases; briefing counsels on various cases and planning the strategies / procedures to be followed.

- Handling of arbitration matters/civil suits and pursuing execution action.

- Handling of winding up petitions against defaulting borrower companies

- Handling of high value cheque dishonour cases.

- Handling of Broking Related documentation with a BSE and NSE Member of the stock exchanges.

- Drafting and pleading of arbitration matters before arbitration tribunals including tribunals of National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.

- Expertise in Retail & Corporate Litigation, Mortgages including conducting legal an compliance audits, setting up processes for various banking functions and managing litigations including under the provisions of SARFAESI Act, 2002; IBC, 2016; Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Fraud Cases and dispute resolution including Arbitration proceedings.

- Expertise in providing advice and assistance in enforcing and implementing security mechanisms under legal framework including matters falling under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act, 2002) and Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (RDB Act, 1993).

- Well versed in managing banking litigation cases and Retail Banking for all products (Secured & Unsecured) such as Housing Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Business Loans & Equipment Financing Loans, Loan against Property, Personal Loans, Auto Loans,
Consumer Finance (STPL), Personal Line of Credit (PLOC), SME & Credit Cards.

- Expertise in providing legal advice and assistance in strategizing, drafting, negotiating and finalizing documents for litigations & dispute resolutions, including SLP\'s, writs, applications, petitions, settlements and compromises.

- Extensive experience in dealing with NBFCs pertaining to Mortgages, and Recovery related matters before the Supreme Court, State High Courts, District Courts, Magistrate Courts, Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellant Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), consumer forums and arbitration.
