ead Solution Architect for Sourcing & Procurement portfolio

Pre-Sales solutioning activities

for

the

Sourcing

and

P

rocurement services portfolio. Demonstrating Subject Matter Expertise in strategic sourcing and category management, driving sourcing savings, creating point of views, transformation ideas, digital led

automation

and creation of IP.

Responsibilities

Ability to manage

Sourcing and Procurement

Solutions that

require

Sourcing/Category Intelligence and Technology platforms - creating the

optimal

techno-commercial constructs

Benchmark solutions with leading Industry Best practices and measurement systems to

monitor

efficiency of the Solution Teams and effectiveness of responses

Partner with Business Development teams to

identify

potential opportunities and support revenue growth

Refinement of the existing frameworks - develop best practice repositories for new industry verticals, refinement of existing schemas, benchmarks, insights

etc

Lead and manage sourcing

, procurement

& category management solutions

Drive external breathing programs through

white-papers

and external partnerships

Host external client visits and

showcase

our differentiators

to win new business

Make customer presentations & support solution design process for large

deals.

Preparation of comprehensive client proposals - customized solutions

Ability to translate thoughts, ideas, concepts into presentations and written material

Strong client interfacing skills and consulting acumen - Past experience in long cycle Project Management

Work on client dedicated short-term project

s in a remote environment for durations up to 8 weeks

Qualifications we

seek

in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Post Graduate

(MBAs would have an advantage)/Graduate

Past experience

in leading Strategic Sourcing & Procurement operations/processes and solution creation for large global clients

Expertise

in creating BAU and transformative AI led solutions for clients

Good understanding of technology landscape within the procurement domain and deep knowledge of at least one platform would be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Green Belt / Black Belt in Sourcing & Procurement, SCM functions would be desirable

IT savvy - ability to integrate technology to make it a key differentiator in the customer services offerings we provide
