Role Overview

As AVP - PMO (To CEO's Office), you will lead strategic initiatives aligned with the CEO's vision, ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects across India. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership:

Oversee the project portfolio (market expansion, product innovation, M&A) to achieve 2025 growth targets.

Collaborate directly with the CEO to align projects with corporate strategy.

Governance & Execution:

Track KPIs (ROI, timelines, risks) for 50+ enterprise projects.

Implement agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) for faster decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

Bridge communication between C-suite, IT, Operations, and external partners.

Resource Optimization:

Allocate budgets, talent, and tools to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Innovation Advocacy:

Drive AI/automation adoption across workflows (e.g., predictive analytics for customer engagement).

Qualifications

Experience:

12+ years in program/project management, preferably in SaaS, IT, or telecom.

Proven success in scaling startups/enterprises (e.g., led a ?100Cr+ market expansion).

Skills:

Expertise in Jira, Power BI, Asana, or similar tools.

Strong financial acumen (budgeting, ROI analysis).

Leadership in matrix organizations.
