Role description APosition Overview Position Title AVP Sales Enablement and Digital Initiatives Department HDFC Bank - Branch Banking Level/ Band AVP Role Summary: . To design and execute plan for improving Sales choreography, digital initiatives, collaborations and business lines with Bank partner . To Drive Sales choreography and input behaviours across sales teams through VYMO . To identify various digital enhancements to improve ease of doing business and strong sales governance . To closely work with BIU team in propensity modelling for various ECM campaigns and vymo led business metrices . To capitalise internal and external digital platforms for increasing visibility and sales . Constantly evaluate current and improve design of digital sales governance and build capabilities in Vymo . To Enable all Digital and IT related enhancements across all channels for process refinements . To work closely on sharp data analytics across all quality parameters and present charter based solutioning of projects . To work closely with bank teams for smooth day to day digital engagements and reviews regularly . To extend all support to filed Sales and HO teams deliver business objective BOrganizational Relationships Reports To Head - Strategy - HDFC BB Channel Supervises NA CJob Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Zone/ Cluster Internal Stakeholders Finance, BIU Product Management, Marketing CDOPS, Branch Operations, Training Distribution Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT, Digital External Bank HO Channel Partner DKey Result Areas Organization Process Key Contributions Achieve targets . Increase topline with effective sales governance and Management . Vymo enhancements and LCI implementation . Digital roadmap for EODB and learning integrations . Develop new business line for channel via digital integerations Monitor sales & provide support Analyze the productivity of campaign data to ensure sales output Maintain and observe Company\'s internal control and standards Implement and observe the Company\'s Compliance Policy Act as an escalation point for issues pertaining to digital collaboration Should be able to independently analyse data, co relate with input parameters and engage with sales teams to drive out put with right input elements - Leads, sales calls, Customer/Partner engagements. MIS & Reporting Ensure right tracking and sales drive with sharp reports and nudges Analyze data cuts on Business Performance and share the findings with the supervisors Risk Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines.
