Minimum Qualification:
Incumbent should have rich experience in sales & commercials space including Trade planning to execution
Understand the market & worked with Sales functions & has ability to connect Genpact to industry players
University Graduate
Well-developed and proven skills in project management and client engagement.
Person who can manage Global teams - develop/ groom & build skill sets
Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into workable operational processes to support service delivery.
Should be well versed with analytics techniques used in CPG & Hi-tech space and their applications in Sales / Revenue Management or Sales & operations planning.
ERP Platform - Thorough with Finance & accounting modules of SAP and Oracle
Past-experience of directly managing client & Retailer
Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills
Strong networking presence in CPG & Hi-tech space
Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose
Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment
Person should be ready to travel on regular basis.

Preferred Qualification:
Minimum
years of e
xperience with proven
expertise in a sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets.
Experience in Selling to Site Leaders, Centre Heads, Functional Heads within GCC across both business & IT & proven ability to sell software services, application development, analytics & cloud services / solutions
Technology Services & Solution selling experience within GCC segment including good understanding of

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and other sales tools.
Ability to

Willingness to travel across country to meet GCC customers as needed.
