We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Assistant Vice President - Global Markets

In this role, you will:

.Provide XVA pricing and quantitative analysis (data, portfolio, regulatory impact) for OTC derivatives. Analyse counterparty exposures and risks, identify compression opportunities (IRS, XCCY, Inflation). Build and enhance tools in Python/Excel/VBA to improve XVA analytics, reporting and MI. Collaborate with Sales, Quants, IT, Risk and PC across onshore and offshore locations. Ensure strong risk, control and regulatory compliance in line with HSBC policies.

To be successful you will:

Experience in XVA, structuring or quantitative Global Markets roles. Good knowledge of derivatives pricing, risk models and concepts (CVA, FVA, RWA, leverage ratio, CSAs). Strong skills in Excel, VBA and Python. Clear communicator, strong team player, comfortable working with global senior stakeholders.
