The Operations Analytics & MIS team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across both front and back-office functions. The team leverages data and various tools/ techniques to deliver key analytical solution for USPB ops functions like Customer service, Core Ops, Credit and Collections. The goal of the Operations Analytics team is to drive data-driven decision-making for continuous operational improvement, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer experience.
Job Summary:
The AVP (IC SME), Analytics will be part of Operations Analytics within Citi AIM vertical, a global community driving data-driven transformation across Citi. AIM's objective is to generate actionable intelligence for business leaders. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics to identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer experience. The IC SME will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing analytical solutions that provide actionable insights to operations teams, enabling them to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and proactively address potential challenges. This includes deep-dive analysis of operational data, development of predictive models, and creation of impactful analytical recommendation and compelling story for Operation business.
