We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our stock broking division as an Assistant Vice President (AVP). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity markets, broking operations, client acquisition, and regulatory compliance. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless trade execution while supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

o Drive client acquisition strategies to onboard HNIs, retail, clients and achieve monthly targets.

o Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

o Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the stock broking space.

Team Management:

o Manage and mentor a team of dealers, relationship managers, and achieve monthly targets

o Set performance goals and track team KPIs to meet business objectives.

o Ensure adherence to SEBI and Exchange regulations and guidelines.

o Oversee client onboarding, KYC, AML, and other compliance checks.

o Coordinate with audit teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
