Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute strategies to
strengthen brand positioning and consumer reach
in the skincare space.
Oversee
D2C business operations
including website, marketplaces, and omni-channel initiatives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with
marketing, product, and operations teams
to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
Develop initiatives that enhance
customer experience, loyalty, and lifetime value
.
Track and analyze
business performance metrics
, providing insights to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Explore
new growth opportunities
including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
Build, guide, and mentor teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives.
Stay updated with
market trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies
to keep the brand ahead.
Represent the brand at
industry events, networking platforms, and strategic discussions

Qualifications & Skills:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of experience in
consumer brands
, with strong exposure to
D2C/e-commerce and B2C ecosystems
(beauty/skincare/wellness preferred).
Proven expertise in
brand building, digital strategy, and consumer engagement
.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
