Job Title Assistant Vice President
Summary

Position Title - AVP/AD Strategic Consulting Services (Execution)
Location - Ahmedabad
Experience - 9 to 10 years of experience
Reporting to - Director/Regional Lead
Role: Full time Work from Office
Qualification - PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics and/or CA/CFA certification/Civil Engineering or any similar combination of education and experience.
Role:

  • Support in end-to-end assignment execution activities along with Director/Regional Lead, to prepare reports and presentations to manage client expectations
  • Being abreast of the real estate market happenings in the region; Undertaking internal (within company) and external networking including but not limited to identifying potential opportunities for assignments/mandates, thus closely working with the Regional Lead
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution by giving directions to the working team
  • Undertake and supervise Advisory Assignments (across Real Estate Segments) using appropriate approaches/methodologies; identifying property/project characteristics and attributes by analyzing market dynamics to provide strategic development advisory and suitable recommendations
? Undertake Feasibility, Market Assessment, Entry Strategies, Highest and best Use, Market Research, Location Advisory, Price Discovery and Parametric Evaluation studies, Expansion/Consolidation Strategy, Detailed Project Reports for clients across clientele - Developers, Financial Institutions, HNII's, Corporates, Occupiers/MNC Companies/Operators and Brands across Office, Retail, Warehousing, Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Living, Coliving segments etc.
? Execute customized reports for clients - (with good report writing, data analytic and financial analysis skills) which will assist client in undertaking business and strategic decisions.
? Undertake customized demand and financial modelling for the client/ assignments - understanding of financial aspects and hands-on experience to have created financial models
? Undertake Workplace Strategy Analysis, which will require working knowledge of workplace dynamics, history, enablers/influencers, and managing assignment execution.
Other Skills:
o Operations/ Supervisory:
  • Lead project and/or plan, supervise assignments of subordinates.
  • Provides expert inputs to subordinates & co-workers on successful assignment completion
  • Provide support for undertaking business development for the region by supporting the Regional Head and Practice Heads
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, procedures, and client requirements
o Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
o Subject Knowledge:
  • Comprehension of Real Estate Market Dynamics - specific to Delhi/NCR and Generic comprehension of other major cities in India
  • Ability to comprehend & analyze econometric models for industry assessment o Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to conduct complex financial analysis/data analytics on MS Excel and Power BI
  • Preparation of reports/ pitch proposal /IM/ snippets/marketing collaterals (on MS Power point/Word)
o Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to understand the consulting/advisory business quickly and market it appropriately
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
  • Requires advance analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment
  • Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to achieve client satisfaction
o Others:
  • Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong logical reasoning & analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
