Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics:
Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and schedule a diverse team of front-of-house, bar, or event staff. Lead by example to maintain high service standards.
Event Oversight:
Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring timelines are met and technical/logistical issues are resolved instantly.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgets, manage inventory/ordering, and track KPIs to ensure the venue meets its revenue goals.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the venue strictly adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations (including fire codes and liquor laws).
Guest Experience:
Proactively engage with clients and guests to ensure a seamless experience and handle any grievances with grace.
