A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
Basic negotiation skills for coordinating with suppliers
Certification in Travel Planning or Tour Management is a plus.
